HP-RTM是高壓樹(shù)脂傳遞模塑成型工藝，簡(jiǎn)稱HP-RTM成型工藝。它是指利用高壓壓力將樹(shù)脂對(duì)沖混合并注入到預(yù)先鋪設(shè)有纖維增強(qiáng)材料和預(yù)置嵌件的真空密閉模具內(nèi)，經(jīng)樹(shù)脂流動(dòng)充模、浸漬、固化和脫模，獲得復(fù)合材料制品的成型工藝。

High Pressure Resin Transfer Molding is a high pressure resin transfer molding process, referred to as HP-RTM molding process. It refers to the use of high pressure resin hedge mixed and injected into the pre-laid with fiber reinforced materials and pre-inserted vacuum closed mold, through the resin flow filling, impregnation, curing and demudding, to obtain the composite product molding process.

HP-CRTM成型工藝是在HP-RTM工藝技術(shù)中的樹(shù)脂注膠前，將模具上移0.5~1mm，增大密封模腔間隙，模具可以有更寬的澆道，降低樹(shù)脂流動(dòng)阻力，注膠結(jié)束后再將模具在高壓下完全閉合，樹(shù)脂體系隨閉合壓力流動(dòng)充模，成型壓力相對(duì)較低，這樣既保證纖維不亂紋，又保證了較高的注射速度。

High Pressure Compression Resin Transfer Molding process is to move the mold up 0.5~1mm before resin injection in HP-RTM process technology to increase the gap between the sealing mold cavities, so that the mold can have a wider runner and reduce the resin flow resistance. After the injection, the mold is completely closed under high pressure. The resin system flows with the closing pressure and fills the mold, and the molding pressure is relatively low, so as to ensure that the fiber is not disordered. It also ensures a high injection speed.
